Kuina is still alive(this is the core of the theory so if this is wrong than the rest is trash), she is working directly under Shogun and/or Kaido. Kuina will steal her sword at some point in the arc from Zoro and will gift him Shodai Kitetsu which he will question using much like Sanji(raid suit) but will have to use it, maybe a straw hat member close to dying or Kuina IDK.....
