? Descripton: The user attacks With a huge vortex of water that can level a small forest area.
both of the attacks merge together to form a giant wind and water tornado/vortex

what rank is it??? when 2 attacks of the same element collide, the higher ranking wins so if your attack is below A rank then my attack wins
