Description: After creating several versatile and powerful techniques from the shark contract, the Mand'alor began exploring the world with new friends and allies. Around Kirigakure, specifically the Shivering Sea, lived a secluded and unknown type of shark that dwelled deep within the ocean. They were so deep in the ocean that the light from the sun and moon would never reach them, keeping them within eternal darkness and away from humanity. Their habitat was fierce, as were the predators and prey that lived in the unexplored waters. As chance had it, on his way to Nagi Island, the Mand'alor found one of these sharks and from it's uniqueness and individuality, took it into one of his labs at Concord Dawn for further investigation. The Mand'alor dubbed these sharks "Deep Blues" due to their dark blue bodies. One could even mistake that color for black, even with their white undersides for comparison. The reason these sharks were so special was their adaptation to the ocean's water pressure and the predators deep within the sea, giving them enhanced durability opposed to other shark summons within the Mand'alor's arsenal. The added durability would equate to shark ninjutsu in conjunction with this technique being able to play on the terms of elemental ninjutsu (twenty points of damage for reference). The Deep Blue's teeth were sharper and stronger than any shark's recorded best yet, their speed in the frigidly cold water was double that of regular sharks from adapting to the water's cold and pressure, and their sense of smell was far beyond the limits of normal sharks. However, the species was not perfect. Due to years and years of breeding and evolution, these selective species of sharks were robbed of their eyesight from all their years without the sun or moon lighting up the world or them. They were truly brutal creatures and savages for blood - the perfect companions for the Mand'alor.

Description: After exploring every corner of the water country, Taek would discover a unique shark with special abilities. This shark was known as Alexzander. A medium-sized shark summoned along with a plethora of water in which he is capable of merging with at the cost of a move in order to transform his body into a transparent adhesive slime. He is capable of using this transformation as a form of evasion in battle, manipulating his now gel-like form however he pleases. The adhesive slime although it is very similar to that of the "Sticky Syrup Jutsu." That being said, this form is also somewhat comparable to that of the Hozuki Clan, as both are susceptible to lightning based attacks. While in his slime form Alexzander is capable of absorbing large quantities of chakra upon contact, up to S-rank energy based techniques (Wind/Fire) at the expense of a move, when it comes to Lightning, B-rank and above techniques are capable of knocking Alexzander out of his slime form and causing considerable damage. Additionally Alexzander is capable of manifesting a plethora of jaws onto the surface of the slime capable of devouring physical techniques, similar to that of "Paelmon's Touch". These jaws can be manifested at the same time Alexzander enters his slime form, or after the fact with the cost of a move-slot. The jaws devour up to A-rank physical techniques (Earth/Water) within a single time-frame passively. As well as being capable of defending against Taijutsu attacks of the same rank. Due to Alexzander's adhesive slime form, he is more than capable of latching on to and coating physical constructs. Alexzander's last and final ability is this ability to use any shark and water techniques the user knows up to and including S ranks.

It had not been long since Genji had last entered what would become a heated battle. And yet, his will to fight was not what it once was. His hungry, mindless savagery on the field of battle had since dimmed his now calculated and cautious demenaor took it's place. Here he stood before the infamous Dio yet again, knowing full well if he faltered for even a moment the battle would be decided. Genji took walked forwards, as the moonlight glimmered against his porcelain white armor, the green glow of his visor illuminated the rooftop before him as he entered mid-range. He wouldn't waste any time performing a series of handseals before slamming the ground erecting a barrier around his adversary. The barrier would however be altered, its durability and effects enhanced as a result of the combined technique. The barrier would take on the properties of Water, inheriting its innate malleability and as such attacks incapable of destorying the barrier would be deflected back towards the enemy. The water barriwr would passively be wrapped in Wuji, which would essentially erase a portion of any technique Dio utilized reducing in rank and damage to it's equivalent chakra output. As this combination was performed Alexzander would transform into hid adhesvive form, manifesting a plethora of jaw-like appendages on the surface as he latched himself to his summoner leaving a number of slits to enable the Hayabusa to breath. The slime would in no way hinder his movement, but afford him increased defensive capabilities.

(Fuuinjutsu: Goshiki no Shōheki) - Sealing Arts: Five-Colored Barriers

Description: The user will perform the Dragon handseal during the creation of a barrier technique, allowing them to induce a layer of Elemental Chakra to the barrier that amplifies it's effects, giving the barrier it's used on one additional rank. The user can choose one of the five Nature Elements at a time, with each Nature Element granting an additional property, either offensive or defensive, to the barrier depending on the Nature Element. Fire Releases increases the barrier's offensive capabilities through increasing its heat and allowing it to burn those who make contact with it. Earth Release increases the barrier's defensive capabilities through reinforcing it, due to the Earth's sturdy nature. Water Release increases the barrier's defensive capabilities by inducing malleability to it due to water's freeflowing nature; as an attack or object of inferior rank strikes the barrier, its shape and form distorts as though made of rubber, before snapping back into place and reversing the trajectory of the attack. Lightning Release grants the barrier electrical properties, allowing it to shock and paralyze those that come in contact with the barrier. Wind Release grants the only supplementary usage of the technique, allowing the user to move the barrier across the terrain after its initial creation due to Wind's nature to easily transverse. Though with this, the barrier takes on the elemental strengths and weaknesses of the chosen element. So if infused with wind, it will now be weak to fire and strong to lightning attacks.

(Tajū Mugen Hōyō ) - Multiple Infinite Embraces

Description: This technique is a stronger version of Infinite Embraces and is used basically in the same manner. The user will do the Tiger → Dog → Horse → Dragon → Boar hand seals and slam his hands on the ground, creating a bigger barrier than the original technique but similar in its essence which drains the target's chakra but also pushes down on them making it much harder to break free. The massive pressure the technique puts on the target prevents the target from moving unless it has some sort of enhanced strength ability, making it very difficult to break free from it. Unable to move, the targets are also unable to mold chakra above B-Rank while having his chakra drained. The barrier can only be broken by S-Rank techniques or above or by attacking the user.

(Neidan: Wuxing) Internal Alchemy: Five Agents

Description: Five Agents is a technique where by the user augments their other non-Neidan techniques by combining them with Wuji. The technique mitigates the weakness of a user’s non-Neidan techniques by utilizing the neutral nature of Wuji to erase part of or all a conflicting technique so that the user’s technique becomes neutral or continues with limited inhibition against other techniques. Alternatively, the user can make other techniques more effective against weaker techniques via the same method. This technique is accomplished by combining the user’s non-Neidan technique with Wuji Dao with all three dantian. As a result, this is not an actual augmentation but a collaboration technique between Wuji Dao and a non-Neidan technique. The user will either wrap the layer of Neidan manipulated chakra around their non-Neidan technique or embed it within their non-Neidan technique. The wrapper method causes opposing entities to interact with the Neidan technique before the non-Neidan technique. The embedded method causes the opposing entities to interact with the non-Neidan technique before the Neidan technique comes into play (essentially inverting the process). This technique is learned at chunin rank at B-rank. It can be used within the same timeframe as the user’s non-Neidan technique. At jounin level, the user can enhance the strength of this technique and use it A-rank. Dragon Ninja are capable of using this technique S-rank and using B-rank passively. Head Ninja are capable of using this technique up to A-rank passively but are incapable of using S-rank. Master Ninja can use A-rank passively and use up to S-rank.

Note: chunin can only use this technique every three turns. Jounin can use the technique once every two turns. Dragon/Head Ninja can use this technique once every other turn, and master ninja can use this once per turn.
Note: Passive use of this technique at any rank increases the cool down duration per use by one turn and can only be utilized 4 times per battle.
Note: S-rank version of this technique can only be used once every three turns.

A vague memory of the Shimada fleeted through DIO's mind, a fact that could act as a sort of compliment to his prowess. The serpent paid it no mind, however, simply stepping forward slightly closer to the shinobi. Before a word could be spoken, the shinobi acted, spurring DIO to a curious halt. Weaving several signs, his hands were directed to the ground and a powerful barrier sprang to life around DIO. A terrible force seemed to be released from the imprisonment that forced DIO to the ground. The serpent laughed softly to himself, recognizing the jutsu. Defeat would come easier to the Shimada even sooner than DIO expected, it seemed.

Immobile, DIO simply focused his mind for but an instant, pulling in Natural Energy from the atmosphere around him and adding it seamlessly to his chakra and pooling off 10% of it. The blend would enhance his power as he instantly entered into Sage Mode, allowing him to withstand the barrier's pressure and return to his feet, his stance as sensual as the motion to it. "A fine effort," he spoke, an air of lust carrying his voice. "I assume...this is just the start?"

Description: An empowered state of body achieved by blending natural energy with one’s physical and spiritual energy. The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. To enter this form, a minimum of 10% of the user’s maximum chakra reserve must be moulded into Senjutsu chakra, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost (-10/turn) cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal (for 10 damage per turn) for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced. Their ninjutsu and strength increases, empowering taijutsu and other close range physical combat techniques by +30. Additionally, the user is able to break out of Genjutsu, using Genjutsu release technique one rank lower than what he would normally be required to. And similarly, the requirement to break out of user’s Genjutsu using Release or Chakra surge is one rank higher than required. Lastly, the user gains access to snake anatomy, Sage Art: Inorganic Reincarnation and other physical feats granted by Sage mode.
Note: Usable thrice per battle by Perfect Sages only. Must wait 1 turn before using this technique again. Once per battle, the user is able to instantly activate Sage mode, with 10% of their maximum chakra reserve as Senjutsu Chakra.
Note: Perfect Sages can convert a maximum of 40% of their total chakra reserve.

As he rose, DIO would fix his chakra into the ground around Genji. Several large spikes would violently burst from the ground around the Shimada, their power enhanced by DIO's transformation. The spikes would aim to pierce through Genji's body should he leave himself undefended, even piercing through the slime shield covering him.

(Doton: Dosekidake no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Earth and Stone Bamboo Shoot Technique

Alexzander would quickly take notice, and respond by releasing a pulse of mist outwards to expand across the field. Within the mist would be a plethora of baby sharks capable of absorbing and devouring enemy chakra, the sharks would serve as a ultimate defense as their power was effectively enhanced due to their Deep Blue heritage. After being released they would quickly destroy the earth spikes Dio had manifested. The sharks would provide (100 DMG) defense for four consecutive turns unless destroyed all at once, as Genji continued to sap his opponent’s strength into his own chakra pools. "Mada mada...." Genji would say as his expression harden under his mask.

Description: The user will release pulses of mist all across the battlefield. The mist itself is intangible, inside the mist are tiny baby sharks, floating around by using the mist as their medium. The mist is infused with the user's chakra, with the purpose of the baby sharks being able to differentiate the user's chakra from the opponents. The purpose of the baby sharks is to remain towards their theme of consuming and growing. Essentially, anything that enters the mist are will automatically be bombarded by the many baby sharks, with the sharks consuming and devouring the substances inside of the mist. The consummation occurs in two ways: if the element/material is solid, they devour it by actually eating the material and chakra away. If the element/material is energy, they will absorb the chakra through their body and skin. This jutsu becomes a hellish defense, difficult to penetrate for the purpose of the user. Sentient beings are not secluded from this jutsu either. And if there so happens to be multiple sources of attack, they will be able to split themselves in accordance to fight off the multiple attacks. All the baby sharks together make up S-Rank related power. The damage inflicted can only be done on contact of the sharks.

DIO smiled as Genji eviscerated the spikes. His composure remaining as calm as ever, he would trigger a simple earthquake on the ground around Genji. The tremor, though minor, would disrupt the Shimada's stance, causing the barrier surrounding DIO's body to fall apart.

Description: The user will concentrate and release their chakra into the ground to create a small tremer that can result in making the enemies lose their footing and fall to ground or miss the aim of a given technique.

Freed from the confines of the barrier, DIO would cause the lower of his body to shift into the form of a serpent and proceed to glide across the ground, circling around behind Genji at high speeds. The serpent would keep his eyes tailored on Genji's body as he did so, expelling his sword of Kusanagi from his mouth as he moved. Getting within close-range of Genji, DIO would swing the sword horizontally, slashing through the back of Genji's neck.

(Kusanagi no Tsurugi) - Grass-Mowing Sword

Description: The Kusanagi Sword of Legend was the legendary sword of Orochimaru. Taking the form of a double-edged jian, Orochimaru retrieves his Kusanagi by opening his mouth and extending a snake which then opens its mouth and produces the sword, either with the sword handle first so he could use it freely, or blade first to attack his opponent instantly. The sword can quickly extend and retract its blade to attack from long distances and cut through almost anything of A rank and below. The retraction and extending ability is so fast that upon impact it can produce an S-Rank damage(+30). The sword is indestructible.
Note: extending and retracting the sword counts as a move and spends 40 chakra per use

I'm assuming you didn't manifest the scela or whatever its called that Imperfect Sage Mode users possess, leaving you vulnerable to being blinded and etc. Additionally I will move on with the assumption that you have lost a total of 200 Chakra from MIE. So that is 1455 Chakra since your most recent turn.


Genji wouldn't falter as the earth surrounding him began to quake, and he would effectively lose his concentration and release his barrier.. He would simply quickly move onto the next combination as his opponent had clearly given up the offensive Genji would move onto strike. He would perform a series of hand-seals before slamming the ground and releasing a plethora of lightning bolts from beneath and around his adversary, he would lace this jutsu with Raijuu's Shattering Flower effectively attributing this technique with certain auxiliary effects, which would essentially momentarily stun and blind the opponent, while also deafening him for the remainder of the battle. The effects of Raiju's would be activated immeaditely upon manifesting the lightning bolts from out of the ground. Furthermore, the bolts of lightning would be enhanced in their durability and power as a result of the barriers condensing their form. "I would be a fool to presume this battle would be an easy one..as would you."

This combination would be performed immediately after his adversary was freed from his confines, giving him no room to breath or perform a counter-assault. Having released Treacherous Tides out unto the field, any foreign chakra his opponent manifested would be devoured nigh-instantly by the baby sharks within the mist, leaving him wide open for the assault.

(Raiton: Shinme Kyohaku) Lightning Style: Shooting Stars

Description: The user will initiate the technique by doing a set of 3 hand seals, ending with the boar handseal. Slamming their hands on the ground, channeling mass amounts of lightning chakra within the area below the target. The user will then shape and manipulate the lightning underground, causing countless of 10 inch in length lightning bolts to spring up from under the target(s) and the area up to 5 meters around them; resulting in a devastating assault. Ripping through the skin causing lethal damage after several thunderbolts hit the target. The thunderbolts once shot up from the ground spring upwards in such a fast pace they look like shooting stars from a distance. Because of the pace in which they hurl from within the ground and the area they cover, it's dangerous for the user to be six meters or less near the opponent, risking to be caught in the array. Thus, being a technique designed for distances that surpass short range.

Note: Can only be used x2 per battle.
Note: The user cannot use other S rank (or high) lightning in the same and next turn.
Note: Must wait a cooldown of 3 turns before using again.

↯ (Raiton: Raijū no Funsai Hana) - Lightning Release: Raiju's Shattering Flower

Description: This technique can be considered an alteration jutsu as it changes the nature of existing lightning techniques. The user will form an additional two handseals during the performance of another technique, supercharging the electrons within the lightning jutsu with additional chakra. As seen with Chidori high concentrations of lightning chakra can be caused to make distinctive loud noises that closely resembled that of millions of birds constantly chirping . This noise however will remain dormant within the charged electrons until the moment the jutsu strikes a target, technique or is activated by an additional hand seal. Once it has been activated this technique will cause the initial lightning jutsu to produce a blinding flash of light and deafening cracking noise very similar to a high pitched thunderclap. This can stun the opponent momentarily as well as the user if they're within short-range of it.

(Fuuinjutsu: Shifuto Shio) - Shifting Tides

Description: Shifting Tides is an advanced fuuinjutsu technique that is to be used in conjunction with another technique, be it elemental, or basic ninjutsu anything that requires chakra. By adding an extra to seal to an existing set, the user will focus their chakra around an attack, or defense. This chakra solidifies itself into an extremely malleable barrier capable of taking on any shape the user desires. The barrier, when first formed is invisible, and can only be seen when the user applies one of the functions of this technique. As a result of this shift, the technique encased by this barrier can do one of two things. The first would be to condense it's shape and size. An example of this would be condensing a colossal fireball, into an single arrow composed of the flames. This allows the encased moved to be come more compressed and focused, giving it a rank in strength and durability at the cost of it's area of effect: meaning the user is capable of increasing the power of a technique by decreasing it's size. The second usage would be to expand it, the barrier surrounding the technique is capable of mimicking its properties, effectively transforming into the technique itself resulting in a larger technique. This in turn allowing it to cover ground at the cost of a single rank, in this case the user could transform a blast of water into a tidal wave.

Note: This technique can only be used a maximum of for times per battle. This technique can be used in the same time-frame as the technique being empowered however, it will still consume a move-slot.

Already planning to execute the movement, DIO would double-down on his decision upon seeing Genji weave the seals and direct his palms to the ground. Knowing that this was usually a precursor to an attack from below, DIO's resolve to move from his spot would just be reinforced, alongside his plan to get behind and slash the enemy.
