Looks:

Wanda is a little above the average height for her age, being around 5'7, and weighing a mere 112 pounds. She has auburn colored hair that reaches past her shoulders and crimson eyes that seemingly glow within dark times. She sports a variety of street clothes that are typically black and red in color. Usually she can be seen wearing a fashionable black top over her torso covered by a red leather jacket that is unbuttoned at the front. Along with this she wears a black skirt and black leggings underneath, as to not show off too much skin to anyone. To go with her outfits, she almost all the time wears black gloves and knee high black boots.On each of her hips, she has aluminum 3 section staves that are folded to be easily carried, used directly for her Custom fighting style.


Personality:

Wanda isn't always known to be a very pleasant, polite or compassionate woman overall, though she makes friends and allies easily, and is always there when they need her to be. This is even shown to be true even if she had to break rules just help others out. She can be well aware of consequences that could be held against her but her sense of Chivalry always seems to put what "needs" to be done before little rules.

Wanda can be very harsh with her words, and sees most people below her that isn't the Dark Lord. She even goes as far as to belittle her Professors if they seem to lack the same amount of knowledge as her or more. Of course, being a teen girl, she comes with a very unpredictable attitude towards the world. Her attitude can switch up in a moment's notice; Going from being in a very good mood, to have a piss poor demeanor in a split second.

Wanda's adaptability and ingenuity are also noteworthy. She has defeated vastly superior foes by means of her resolve and resourcefulness on many occasions. She doesn't always rely on brute power to take someone out, rather she uses unrivaled wit and on-the-go planning to get the job done.

Wanda is still sometimes troubled by the selfish, petty behavior she exhibits when it comes to showing how brave she is. She tries to avoid situations where her bravery is tested, but any time this is put to the test (ex. Fighting opponents alone) she finds herself making rash decisions that sometimes put her in bad positions.

Even though she isn't particularly "evil", she had a weird devotion to the Dark Lord. He had given her the means to get revenge on those who wronged her, in the form of the dark arts. This she is extremely grateful for, and sees it as owing the Dark Lord her life. The Dark Arts have even warped her mind a bit, making her very uncaring and sadistic at times. She has no Quarles in killing people at this point, which makes some wonder how she was sorted into Ravenclaw and not Slytherin.

Background info.
History:

Childhood:

Wanda was an average pure blood Wizard, born from average wizard parents. Both of her parents attended Hogwarts and were sorted into the House of Ravenclaw. Of course, when she was enrolled into the school of Wizards, it came to no surprise that she was also sorted into the exact same house. She was merely 13 years of age, but during her first year at Hogwarts something terrible happened back home. She had received a letter by owl that held heartbreaking news. Her parents were killed by another wizard, which was apparently a Death Eater (unknown to her). This sent her into a deeply depressing emotional state, losing the only family she knew, besides her lost brother that she had no connection with.

She went on throughout the year in this depressed state, barely passing any classes and showing lack of skill or motivation in the magical arts of Mahou. At some point near the end of her first year, a little after turning 14, she had decided she would drop out of the school and live a life away from people altogether. Around this time she met The Dark Lord and Judal, both whom easily manipulated her feelings and mindstate at that moment. She was swayed over to the Dark arts with little effort; They simply showed her that they knew who killed her parents, along with the promise of power that would help her get her much wanted revenge.

She'd spend the rest of her time in Hogwarts mastering the basic and advanced Mahou under the Dark Lord himself; Though she was assigned to learn the Dark Arts under Judal. Once she mastered the arts of Mahou, she sought out revenge on the Wizard that took her parent's lives. She soon found the man and engaged in a highly dangerous duel between dark wizards that lasted 3 days and 3 nights. Somehow the young girl was able to outlast the experienced death eater, casting her final spell of the bout as she struck him with the Avada Kedavra, she'd take the man's life immediately. Tired out from the battle, she stayed there on her knees, crying to herself. Even though she had gotten her revenge, she didn't feel better at all. Nothing changed. She was still hurt. She still wanted someone to hurt instead of her feeling this way. After deep thought, she returned to The Dark Lord, and hasn't been seen in public much. She usually carries out her own personal agendas, but when it is needed, she comes out as one of the front lines for the Dark Lord's will.

Tools and Such: Wanda is very adept in the use of the Wind release, which is her first affinity and also her signature element. Wanda is one of the most advanced Wind release user in her Generation, being able to perform every Wind technique with one handseal. Wanda is also very adapt at using earth techniques at a high efficienc, Being even on par with high level Iwagakure shinobi. Wanda has exactly 6 swords hidden within her attire, each one are razor sharp and fully capable of conducting Wind chakra. They are comparable to Kirabi's eight blades but about 2/3 of the length. She is also an exceptional genjutsu user also, her skill with genjutsu is so vast that it is said to rival even those of the Uchiha's. Most of her techniques focus around Pain; primarily using pain as a medium to torture his opponent, he would torture "darker" enemies rather than kill them quickly; something she chalks up to just "teaching them lessons". She also has fairly above average speed, reflexes and tracking due to her intense Taijutsu training, Kenjutsu mastery and harsh training over many styles of close combat. Her tool pouch is filled with aluminum crafted boomerangs but with the sizes comparable to small shuriken, the boomerangs taking the place of the Shuriken to be used in the same way. Each boomerang would have an explosive tag and 5 senses disorder tag placed on them, being able to be remotely activated at will.
Being born Ambidextrous, Wanda is able to weild weapons such as her Wand and boomerangs with either hand and be equally effective with which ever one she is using. While in combat with just a single sword or stave she usually switches hands alot due to being so used to using two swords at once.

Wands

The basic weapon any Kisei possesses, allows them to channel their chakra to perform techniques and use Mahou and certain Ninjutsu without the requirements generally associated with these, instead using verbal commands known as incantations or, in some cases, movements. They are made from wood from the Jubi's dormant form and amplified and augmented by special chakra based items. Wanda's personal wand consists of Rosewood and Veela Hair, specializing in Transfiguration and Wind based abilities.

Wizardry

Being a full wizard at this time and a dark wizard, Wanda has accumulated numerous abilities that she has access to, some even passively being active. Being a dark wizard, Wanda has access to passive and sustainable flight. She's able to turn into and emanate black smoke, either partially or fully from her body as she takes flight. With this specific flight ability, she moves 2 times her base speed, making it that much more of an advantage. She is also a known Legilimens, similar to the Dark Lord himself. This enables her to navigate through the minds of others on numerous levels, ranging from simply reading their thoughts as a whole (passive) to gaining access to their memories and more. Being carried within pouches on her gloves, Wanda also carries 3 small vials, which are special potions that are usable for battle. In her left glove she holds 1 vial of the Gryffindor potion, while in the right glove she holds 2 vials of the Ravenclaw potion. These potions can be ingested through the mouth to gain the effects, or even simply have the liquids touch her skin to gain the effects.

( Shutsubotsu ) - Apparition
Type: Supplementary

Description: Apparition is a magical method of transportation based upon the actions of Summoning and Reverse Summoning jutsu. Appearing as the user being twisted and swirled into nothing within a swirling clear haze, accompanied with a loud rustling or rushing sound, while usually ending in a crack, as if the subject(s)t is being sucked into a vortex, one must be completely determined to reach one's destination, and move without haste, but with deliberation. After first determining a position, the user focuses his mind solely on said location before channeling Mahou. Similarly to Summoning, the user uses his magic to mark the location he wishes to travel to before breaking his body into pure mahou itself, dispersing and moving rapidly and reforming in the new location. While seemingly powerful, this has drawbacks on how fast it is performed and when the user reforms in his new location. The user, despite disappearing instantly, can only reform instantly within short range. If the user is attempting to reform within mid range, it is down near instantly, taking as much time as it takes to launch a kunai. When appearing in long range, there is a noticeable lag in between disappearing and reappearing, taking twice as long as previously, or in clearer terms the time it takes to form a normal jutsu.

Alternatively, through this jutsu, Dark Wizards are able to use their Dark Arts power to achieve unsupported flight. The user has the ability to turn into and emanate black smoke, especially from his cloak, allowing him to levitate, float, and shoot through the air, even while partially transformed into it. Moving at twice his speed, this allows a Dark Wizard a chance to afflict damage whilst moving through air at high speeds. While in this gaseous form however, they are susceptible to wind jutsu, being used to knock them out of the form. Flight is a passive B ranked ability, however usage of it means the user cannot Apparate within the next two turns or that same one.
Note: A ranked usage denotes a short to Mid range usage. After each usage, the user cannot use for four turns.
Note: S rank usage denotes a long range movement, preventing usage of this for three turns and F rank Mahou spells in the same turn. S ranked variant can only be used 3 times in all.
Note: Only Dark Wizards can achieve flight and by choosing to use this, they cannot Apparate for two turns for every one turn usage of it, meaning if flight is used for two turns, they wont be able to use Apparition for 4 turns.

(Pōshon ) - Potions

Description: Potions are magical mixtures commonly brewed in cauldrons and used to create a number of effects on the drinker. Potions range in effects and nature and in difficulty as well. Potions are brewed from ingredients with magical properties. Potions can be used as medicine, lethal poison, or give the drinker any effect from strength enhancement to immunity to flames. Potions are not necessarily used by drinking, as some can be applied by physical contact or create an effect simply by being created. Potions have to be taken in the right dosages or used a limited amount of times to avoid otherwise disastrous effects. All potions are created prior to battle and carried in vials either on the Kisei's person, or can be summoned to them in battle via Summoning charm or Fuuinjutsu.

Hufflepuff's Elixir​

An elixir of a golden, yellow color, this potions increases the user's ability to control mahou and it's power. By ingesting this, the user gains the ability to augment his spells by +20 by adding that level of chakra to each spell used, adding a green, fiery effect to each projectile/stream style spell, causing second degree burns to each spell. Due to the increased ability to control their mahou, the user is also able to use mahou up to mid range without the use of his wand, however all other requirements are still needed. This potion's effects last up to 3 turns. However, the heightened control of his mahou comes at a cost; after the effects wear off, the user will notice an inability in using high ranking spells ( S rank and higher ) for 3 turns. This potion can only be ingested 2 times in total and once every three turns.


Ravenclaw's Elixir​

A blueish elixir that is ideal for stealth purposes, upon ingesting this spell, the user is able to use his mahou to perfectly conceal their form as well as their chakra and the chakra within other jutsu used by the user. This allows him to have a near perfect hidden form, not even able to be sensed outside of basic senses. What this means is, the user becomes chakraless to the opponent, unsensable by even the highest form of chakra Sensory. This extends to jutsu and spells used by the user, making them seemingly devoid of chakra. This effect lasts 4 turns and must wait 3 turns before reusing after it expires and can be used up to 2 times.


S rank

Gryffindor's Elixir​

A potion that appears a red color, this elixir siphons chakra and strength from each spell, lowering it's rank and power. This siphoned energy is used as a way to augment the user's defensive abilities, allowing him to tank C ranks initially. For every spell used after this potion has been ingested, it will lose 1 rank in power (20 dmg). However, this one rank reduction will be able to be applied to the user's body, allowing him to tank one jutsu of a higher rank, starting with C ranks and increasing by 20 for each spell, eventually tanking up to 100 damage. However, this does not apply to jutsu that do not physically hit the target, such as Genjutsu. Should an attack land that does not meet the level of durability the user has, his defensive capabilities will not suffer any reduction, only if it is met with equal damage or higher. This potions effects last up to 4 turns. However, the siphoned mahou comes at a cost; after the effects wear off, the user will not be able to utilize S rank jutsu and higher nor any magic for 3 turns. This potion can only be ingested 2 times in total, and once every three turns.

Slytherin's Elixir

A purely empowering elixir, upon ingesting this green liquid, the user will notice his mahou being used to aid his physical form significantly; his physical strength raised highly, the user becomes capable of dealing higher degrees of damage (+20), as well as a speed increase. His speed increases to the equivalent to a user in 2nd gate, he becomes a physical tank, able to survive physical damage up to B rank as well as resist jutsu that physically binds and restricts his movement. However, for all his physical splendor, he sacrifices a lot in exchange; unable to use energy based attacks above S rank and only 3 fields of magic up to A rank, his defense to these likewise takes a harsh fall, each energy based jutsu dealing an additional 40 damage on the user's body. Lasting for 3 turns, after it ends the user's speed is halfed, and his physical strength halved for two turns. After ingesting, the user cannot use again for up to 3 turns and usable 2 times in all.

Note: Usable only by members of the Kisei Clan.
Note: Heads of Houses and up can have up to 4 potions at any time while other members can have at max 3 potions. These potions must be mentioned within the user's bio or mentioned at the start of an event/battle if they have yet to be placed within the bio.
Note: The user is unable to use more than one type of potion per turn.
Note: Members cannot use Potions from their Rival House, meaning Gryffindor and Slytherin cannot use each other's potions and same for Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw.
Note: After using a potion, the user must wait until effects wear off before using any other one.

( Legilimency ) - Legilimency

Description: An innate and somewhat passive ability, Legilimency is the act of magically navigating through the many layers of a person's mind and correctly interpreting one's findings. Legilimens ( users of Legilimency ) are able to detect if a person is lying, as well as delve into their thoughts, emotions, and memories if their target is not skilled in blocking their minds. In most cases, this is not a harmful or detrimental ability, allowing the user a way to predict and understand the opponent's movements and actions with the utmost clarity. While it is similar to reading minds, it should be noted that Legilimency is not as simple as the muggle art of mind-reading; mind-reading assumes that one is simply eavesdropping on the thoughts currently running through the head of another. Legilimency, however, requires the wizard to navigate and move through the various areas of the brain. In it's lowest levels ( B rank ), the user is able to utilize it in a way similar to "mind reading", allowing the user to 'read' the opponent's current thoughts and ones related to them at that moment. This is the basic level of Legilimency and once active, lasts until the user ends it's usage. With training and power, this ability and range increases. At A rank power the user becomes capable of actual navigating the target's mind and it's many layers. This is as harmless as the B rank variant. However, despite all of this, this ability isn't without drawback. The A-Rank version requires the target to be within mid-range while the B-Rank version works up to long-range (one landmark for normal members, two for House Heads and three for the Headmaster).

Note: Although the B rank version is a passive ability honed when the user reaches Year 6, he cannot use the A rank and higher versions without actually actively using this jutsu.
Note: A rank usage can allow one to simply navigate the mind.
Note: A rank usage can only be used once every four turns, lasting 3 turns each usage and requiring a two turn usage break in between A rank and higher usages.
Note: Must place within bio stating the user is a Legilimens.

Scrolls:

Topography scrolls - Wanda, being a keen user of Earth Release carries many topography scrolls, both blank and ready-made with an ink pen strapped to it. Her ready-prepared scrolls consist of three designs. The 1st causes a large maze with thirty meter tall walls to emerge from the ground. A unique feature about the maze is the spikes protruding from the top of each wall, preventing anyone from mounting themselves on the wall. Another unique look to it is the numerous Tiglon body designs that cover the surface of all the walls.

The second scroll has a huge earthen pyramid drawn on it, thus turning the terrain into a massive pyramid that covers up to 60 meters around and stands 75 meters in height, leaving the user and everything around trapped in a dark, hallow pyramid.

The last scroll is quite simple. It creates numerous 20m tall, 8m thick walls that stand merely 5 meters apart side by side and front to back, spanning out into a 50m radius thus creating a field of huge walls around the terrain.

All these topography Scrolls are used for the Wheel of Fortune technique or Topography control technique.

Elemental Jutsu scrolls - Attached to her left leg are pre-made scrolls for three different elemental techniques that require it, just to have them ready.

Summoning and Tattoo:

Wanda, through deep study of rare animals and traveling the world, came into contact with 2 special breeds of animals. A very powerful and ferocious species called Tiglons, and a knowledgeable, yet strong species called Toads. They both caught Wanda's eyes the moment she saw them, so she made a pact with the Tiglons and toads that she will forever protect them with as long as they aid her in battle. With this blood oath made, they granted her ownership of the contract and all of the Tiglons tied to the contract along with the toads doing the same. She has marked herself with a special Tiglon/Toad Summoning tattoo in two different places; One (Tiglon) is placed on the inside of her bottom lip, while the other (Toads) is placed on her left hand. Strapped to her waist she carries 6 small vials of her own blood, being small enough to be crushed with little force and giving her easy access to her own blood without bringing any harm to her own body..
