IS is a huge problem. They certainly oppress all the other Muslim's in Islamic state to live under the rule and help and fund their army, nevermind other religions. Military wise, it won't be dealt with quickly, though in my optimistic opinion they will be defeated (hopefully before we have a WW3). Why do you think WW3 will happen! ISIS is a non issue in many countries if they invade russia it is death to them .
