No. Kurama said you needed the tusk of the Juubi (Gedo Mazo) and thats how Obito survived.

The Gedo Mazo got sealed in Kaguyas dimension and Madara no longer has it, so hes dead.

I think you're confusing surviving a Biju extraction with a biju's revival after a Jinchurinki dies.

If a jin dies the Biju will suffer the death as well but will inevitably be revived some time later. A Jinchurrinki dies from extraction but a person with a strong life force, like an Uzumaki, can live a short time afterward before dying. The only way to survive it is to be healed by someone else.
