I've been re-reading this chapter when
The bottom half I mean, okay so Tobi caught up with Danzo and.. Threw a kunai? He stands on a pillar being all menacing and Danzo doesn't care.
Cut to Naruto talking to Sand Sibs for a few pages, then we go back to Danzo & co....
Uhm, what did we miss? Why is Tobi flying back to the pillar he just stood on? Where did the explosion come from?
The thing is, in the anime, Tobi throws an explosive-tagged kunai and doesn't move... While Danzo and co. just stand there with the explosion going off right next to them (I'm serious, it's in ep 208). While in the manga, it looked like a regular kunai with no tags. What comes after is pretty much the same in the anime and manga.
Soo.. What do you think was skipped? Did Tobi get close to plant the bomb like in the games? Why are Fu and Torune waving at the smoke like, "Shoo, don't touch our Lord Danzo, you dirty cloud!" How did the tank that explosion, anyway?
Or maybe Tobi flew up like a rocket leaving a smoke trail?
