People are saying she is terrible. Ok that is your opinion but since she is so bad what would you have done next in the story?

People love to criticize because that is super easy but you dont even know yourself what you want from the final villain.

I think they want her to taunt naruto or sasuke saying their attempts at peace is futile like madara did, or just be straight to the point and reveal her goal.

Personally, I just want her to do planet busting stuff maybe even kill sakura or kakashi (for temporally ofc :|)

She's not terrible. She's just wooden. People like big personalities in their enemies. It's like if you play an RPG where your spending the whole game tracking down this one bad guy and then you beat him at the end of the game and all the sudden a new boss shows up. It turns out that boss was controlling him, but there's no history with that final boss, you just beat him and win the game.

She talked much more this chapter than the last. Her personality seems to revolve around an obsession with chakra so far.
