I was just thinking you know how Naruto lost his arm? Why the heck couldn't he grow another one? Back in part one he regret a lung vital organs a shoulder bones etc and with only 1 tails of power from half the kyuubi. Naruto was a pseudo juubi Jin and a sage he should've been able to grow an arm easily

Doesn't explain how he didn't regeneration one later when he and Kyra make regained Chakra tsunade didn't make the arms until quite a while later

He made Kakashi's eye using the remaining particles in his eye socket, but recreating a limb would be the equivalent of growing a whole new body from your head. Naruto didn't have that sort of skill yet and was completely low on chakra. In his prime I think he could do that considering he now has a Hasirama arm as well.

well i think it could heal some damage organs and some injuries but i dont think it could restore an entire limb. im not sure i could be wrong though it just sounds more plausible and makes more sense
