Everything in this show has a flaw; his just hasn't been revealed yet. And so many people have claimed in the show to have unbeatable weapons or defenses, but eventually they all get beaten. The thing about Shisui is that he's already dead, so we can't see someone else come in now and beat him unless it is a flashback. But I think it's safe to assume that won't work on everyone

few things;

1) His genjutsu can only be used once a decade unless u have hasihrama dna. hey shoutout to hasihrama can this guy get any better. Imagaine him with a sharingan he already was good with genjutsu doing A-rank genjutsu without sharingan.

2) Just because u dont know ur in a genjutsu doesnt mean the people around you dont. For a jutsu that is so powerful it can simply be removed by someone else injecting chakra in you.

3) No one is invincible, Ao with his byukgan had his run ins with Shui and he surived. Hey shoutout to the bykugan hey.....!!!
