Wait so...how DID Kabuto get Madara's corpse anyway?

Was this ever explained? i'm interested. Seems unlikely that he could manage to get the corpse of some dying old man from years ago but can't find Jiraiya's body at sea... I mean Deidara literally BLEW HIMSELF TO DUST and he found that.

This probably all got explained quickly at some point I just want to know the answer.

I think he researched where it would be while with Orochimaru and either got it from Oro or found it after Orochimaru was gone.

He didn't need to find the whole corpse, he only needed a certain amount of DNA. My guess would be that Orochimaru had somehow already found his DNA in order to do some testing on it or something along those lines, and that Kabuto used that to revive him.

It was probably a similar situation in Deidara's case. Orochimaru had probably already acquired some of his DNA (Maybe due to Deidara having Blast Release), which allowed Kabuto to use it to revive him.

Then again, this is really nothing more than a guess, since we can't really know this for sure. However, I do think that this is most likely the way it happened, it doesn't seem too far-fetched.

There are many flaws with the edo tensei that it's all a little far-fetched to begin with really. How did Kabuto sneak into the Leaf Village and go graverobbing without getting caught? Itachi grows his eyes back? Ugh, convenient. Edos are immortal, superpowered versions of their previous selves- are in fact nearly all pushovers and people like Kimimaro, Sasori & Nagato are taken out in an instant.

Yeah it's the best guess really but I completely refuse to believe that Orochimaru had Madara and all of the Hokage's DNA but yet not even a sample of Jiraiya's. Edo tensei is quite temperamental to be honest, Kishimoto just did what he wanted with it :')

Anyways I believe he gather information from secret sources, or have been studying the Akatskui for a while and digging up missing puzzle pieces to get their full motives. Remember Kabuto is a spy so he is extremely good in gathering information effectively and I think its based on all the data and knowledge he came up with based on his spying missions lol Hope that helps

I'm probably the biggest Kabuto Yakushi fan going aha, nice to see some genuine praise for the character for a change though. Yeah, the Akatsuki is a pretty good source for information and we know that he was tied in with Sasori in some way at the very least.

there really is no way of knowing. I think he and Oro had access to Madara a long time ago or at least Oro did and Kabuto capitalized off his knowledge. The Deidara thing is simple though. When Deidara was recruited I assume Oro was still apart of the Akatsuki and got the hand Itachi cut off, or else Kabuto got it being the "spy" of Deidara's partner.
