People (uchiha fans) are always saying sasuke blitzes naruto, but isnt it the other way around?

Sasuke's eye has a prep time. Also shown when naruto and sasuke blitzed madara simultaneously and sasuke had to wait a little bit before activating his technique, while naruto was already in blitzing motion

2) sasukes tech has a range

If naruto exposes his range, sasuke cannot blitz him. Its that simple.

3) sasuke hasnt shown reflexes to dodge naruto, while naruto has vice versa. As shown above sasuke has to prepare for his tech. Naruto is the best sensor. He sensed sasuke dimensions away. He could fight limbo clones without seeing them. Naruto easily senses it and dodges. Sasume however hasnt shown the reactions to react to naruto. That real.

When its all said and done narutos method of blitzing is more practical and with less prep time. The time it takes sasuke to even attempt teleporting naruto could already be in blitzing motion.

This. Which still isn't much help as Naruto can ram through Susano'o and react to his entire arsenal, but that's why it's there. But I agree with OP's stands and points. He's correct.

Actually, I wouldn't consider that prep time because Sasuke teleported away from Madara's lightning blast instantly as well as when Madara charged him. Sasuke also caught up to Mardara pretty quickly. Sasuke can also teleport his enemy onto his attack. Sasuke has a chance of keeping up with Naruto's speed with his sharingan, but currently feat wise Naruto is too far out of Sasuke's reach

The sharingan has been blitzed multiple times. Naruto's sensing pre cog is much better. Dodged madaras limbo in base, let alone chakra mode. Kaguya blitzed sasuke, whereas naruto reacted and evaded. Shows the difference in reflexes.

EDIT: I just realized what you were talking about, The Limbo was overlapping so it was supposed to only be one entity which Sasuke was focusing on, but when Naruto saw that Madara had left, Naruto didn't see anything, but it appeared to Sasuke as someone still being there. Sasuke just didn't notice the switch

Sasuke managed to block the punch from the limbo, and u can't call Kaguya dragging Sasuke out a reaction feat, because Sasuke isn't a sensor. He can't follow movements he can't see and Kaguya paralyzes u when she touches u

Yes because he can see it where naruto can not. Naruto react off sheer instinct. Naruto himself displayed shock when he dodged the tech, showing his high degree of sensing and reflexes. Not to mrntion that was base, imagine cloaked. Who cares if she paralyzed him? Sasuke can teleport. He only needs his brain but didnt react in time
