Wait! Is Kabuto immune 2 Genjutsu?

Since Orochimaru's chakra is trying to take over his body, isn't it constantly disrupting his own chakra? wouldn't that effectively render most forms of genjutsu useless? I still say Itachi maybe able to get him with Tsukiyomi, but is that the only thing that could get him atm (sasuke's Tsukiyomi is crap so I don't think he would be a lot of help)?

Maybe but at this point its unclear as to kabutos current state as far as orochimarus chakra taking over his body. If that snake is orochimaru and is attached to his body I don't see why both couldn't be put under a genjutsu. I think there might be a sound type based genjutsu that might be able to ensnare the two.
