Kakashi said he managed to copy it with his rasengan. He probably knows how to use it but not prefers it so he won't look like a Naruto wannabe.

RSM gave Naruto all 5 basic elements like Rinnegan gave Sasuke all 5 elements. If Naruto wanted to use Chidori or a Raiton tech he could. Same for Sasuke if he wanted to use a futon tech or Rasengan he could.

Aha...then tell me why Kakashi didn't copy FTG instead of Rasengan?
Kakashi was known as the copy ninja & anytime we saw him copying a jutsu he was copying the Hand Signs. (It was obvious when he copied Zabuza's Water Dragon)
Canon evidences show that you need to know the Hand Signs to perform a jutsu (except the ones that don't require Hand Seals) Chakra control & manipulation is not enough...you can mold Chakra as much as you want but without the Hand Seals it won't transform into a jutsu, anything beside that is your assumption or should I say fanfic?

Kakashi copied the Rasengan, but couldn't copy the RasenShuriken.

And Sasuke was able to perfectly synch to Naruto's chakra to combine his Enton into Naruto's RasenShuriken in seconds, in battle, while running towards their opponent.

Naruto may have lightning release now but he never used it. It's not like he can use Chidori out of nowhere, without even having lightning affinity. He also doesn't have the necessary Doujutsu. I don't fap Sasuke and I don't downgrade Naruto. You're wrong cuz I like them both.

For the first part, that's exactly like saying Sasuke doesn't have all the paths because he hasn't used them. And his he his sage mode will make up for the drawback.

Sasuke could learn it by copying it with sharingan like kakashi did. However naruto cannot because he's not a lightnening style user or possess doujustu that allows him to.

Naruto is a Lightning user and no Dojutsu is required for Chidori just speed and the nature type, the dojutsu is used to compensate for the tunnel vision.

Show me the line where Kakashi say that I copied Rasengan with my Sharingan then you're right.
Replicating a technique means that you're copying the original user.
