You should know the key difference in rasengan and chidori...If you have good chakra control, you can use rasengan, but you also need to have lightning nature chakra to use chidori

Asflr Bolt,he doesn't have a fox tampering with his chakra like Naruto did, so I'm pretty sure his chakra control will be much better. He seems to be more agile than Sasuke and Kakashi using chidori from trailers with no dojutsu.Though having precise chakra control doesn't guarantee you will learn a new jutsu right off the bat.

Rasengan is a very basic a rank jutsu. But for it to become useful vs high level enemy then probably Only Naruto.

RSM gave Naruto all 5 basic elements like Rinnegan gave Sasuke all 5 elements. If Naruto wanted to use Chidori or a Raiton tech he could. Same for Sasuke if he wanted to use a futon tech or Rasengan he could.

Copying a jutsu isn't just in terms of hand seals. A sharingan can see the flow of chakra, and the precision of one's chakra control in using a jutsu, and if the sharingan user has as much chakra control feats and precision as the person, and also meets the requirements (has the KKG or chakra affinity), then he/she would be able to utilize the same jutsu without much effort in having to learn it all from scratch

Aha...then tell me why Kakashi didn't copy FTG instead of Rasengan?
Kakashi was known as the copy ninja & anytime we saw him copying a jutsu he was copying the Hand Signs. (It was obvious when he copied Zabuza's Water Dragon)
Canon evidences show that you need to know the Hand Signs to perform a jutsu (except the ones that don't require Hand Seals) Chakra control & manipulation is not enough...you can mold Chakra as much as you want but without the Hand Seals it won't transform into a jutsu, anything beside that is your assumption or should I say fanfic?
