Base-Members: Attention, the majority of the base has classified Tobi as a wildcard we don't know who he is. We know damn well that Edo Madara knows who Tobi is. And Tobi knows who he is. But he has not the real Madara. The fact that he has Senju and Uchiha blood leads us to believe a few idea's. But untill Kishi actually announces it. Tobi is epic for what he has done. You have to think, the sole idea and person so called "Madara" has been in every single Ninja War. Not to mention he has 1-7 tailed beasts. Doesn't matter if Sasuke or Naruto fight, or if Killer Bee and Naruto still have their tailed beasts. The fact i'm pointing out is that this dude has been around for over 100 years, managed to assemble and create the most dangerous organization that has demolished villages and thousands of people. Ontop of creating an army of 100,000+ Zetsu's. Yes he did infact have help from numerous Ninja's but just the IDEA of all this... Everyone just please stop talking about the same shit everyday. Tobi is the greatest Villian, and yes Kabuto is right next to him especially adding Edo Madara into the situation. And I just did WTF earlier when I re-read Madara doing Wood Clones lolol I laughed my ass off can't wait for that to be in the anime.

Dude, I didn't say he couldn't use them all. He probably can't. I've never even seen him do a jutsu in my life other than Sharingan or Rinnegan related... So it's not the rinnegan that would make it half-working. It would be his body.... He is apparently an Uchiha aka "Madara" where the **** is Katon? Right? Dude it's not the rinnegan, it's Tobi. His shell, his former self. Thats there the mystery is. I already have my opinions and theories. But hey it's whatever. Just stop talking about the same shit. We know he won't be able to use all the Rinnegan abilities, if that was the case he would have already resurrected Madara which was his orginal plan for Nagato to do once he had enough power.

The question he stated in the thread title was wtf about Tobi's Rinnegan and he even mis-spelled it. Ontop of that, this question won't be answered. It's not even a legit question. Tobi can't even use basic Ninjutsu. You have to think... where is the wood style, water style, fire style for **** sakes? He is a pawn. He's just trying to obtain all the power he can so he can basically get a real ****ing body... As he has mentioned 20 billion times. He's trying to resurrect his formerself and become the 10-tailed Jinchuriki. The only thing special about Tobi is that he has the tailed beasts, shit ton of zetsu's and the Sharingan / Rinnegan. He probably won't be able to use shit. I don't care. I'm waiting for the Uchiha bro's vs Kabuto to come to a solution and figure out what this new eye technique is. And i'm waiting for the Kage's vs Madara fight to conclude and see whats going to happen. Tobi and Naruto right now are just going to be thrown into the Manga every now and then. There is so many fights going on. That if I wanted to ask question's I wouldn't even know where to begin. But the infact I don't have questions. I've read this Manga like five times over and I've watched it like 20 times over waiting for the new shit.
