Tsunade > Madara in Taijutsu?

Half the time when Tsunade attacks, unless its fodder, her attacks miss.
She couldn't even hit a part 1 base Kabuto. With all those craters in the ground, who knows how long it took for her ti finally get a hit in, and when she did finally hit him, it wasnt even worth the struggle.
Tsunade is way too slow to hit Madara, add the fact he has sharingan, she's not touching the guy. And his fan can just send her flying.

In a battle of taijutsu..

Tsunade has the raw power to kill practically anyone in one hit. But from what we have seen in the manga and anime. She is on the slow side, and alot of the times, her attacks dont connect. Primary example. VS part 1 base Kabuto, BEFORE the blood spilling, she couldnt even touch the guy. Eventually she was finally able to, but it took her a while. Which was evident because they were both breathing pretty hard at that point. Part 1 base Kabuto with a soldier Pill was giving her problems..

Now imagine her trying to fight someone like Madara, who has far more experience on the battle field in the frontlines, who is much faster than her, and also is a master of the sharingan.
Every punch she throws at him, he can easily predict it. If a sasuke could predict 1tail Naruto's movements (who is faster than tsunade) than Madara can predict her no problemo. She throws a punch, with her speed, Madara would easily see it coming, and counter it, prolly break her arm.

Look let me solo these threads because one does not simply solo threads. Tsunade on the database is a 5/5 meaning she is skillful at it. So most likely Madara is a 5/5 so their probably equal. I'm not gonna argue because it's a fact

Madara allowed himself and Muu to be destroyed by the meteor cuz they can regenerate

Hiruzen allowed himself to get blown away by Juubito, cuz he can regenrate

I never said that she didnt hit him. I said it took her a while.
Look at the 1st picture panel. Notice all the craters? those are all her failed attempts at ending Kabuto.
They are both out of breath...my point is, how can she be better at taijutsu than Madara, if she has a hard time catching someone like base Kabuto?
