None of the Uchiha probably had an ms at the time to control the kyuubi. If they did it would have been pinned on the person with the ms immediately.

Also most Uchiha probably aren't as strong as Itachi and Sasuke with 3 tomoe, I can assure you this. They wouldn't have been much help against the kyuubi or Obito.
