Two : What if Black Zetsu actually fell for Madara's I.T.?
I mean what if BZ was planning eagerly how he will betray Madara which became his only goal/dream.
What if whatever we saw after Team 7 discussion was just a dream which BZ is dreaming?
Remember how BZ said to Obito that his main purpose was to serve as Madara's pawn.
But what if his real master was Kaguya and not Madara. The orders from the real master will be the main goal for the slaves, right?

This is just another possibility.

But Black Zetsu isn't Zetsu in the first place.
