i dunno, im only going by what ive read from the other members. i think filler tho because the events happening in the anime take place before what we're seeing in the boruto manga, yet a lot of it is missing in the manga. im pretty sure everything related to boruto's eye is filler altogther. the anime has it going crazy pretty often whereas manga boruto never makes mention of his eye.
