but only after he blocked his(han solos) shots. in rogue one he had like 20people simultaneously shoting at him, so he was busy deflecting the blasts both with his lightsaber and the force. thats not the same.

Vader would have gotten shot by the soldiers if he'd chosen to pull the plans. And the soldier escaped with some teammates to spare so that Vader wouldn't come after him straight away.

The force can hit multiple targets and that soldier turned and ran after the door was almost fully open narrow hallway vader easily could have forced pulled them all while using one hand like he was to block Shots

Vader has never been shown to be able to use Tutaminis whilst also employing other Force powers. Though Vader was arguably one of the most crafty and precise users of the Force that the Sith had ever seen, Tutaminis is still a very advanced skill that requires great care. Which is why he didn't just kill everyone at once, he went through them one at a time. In quick succession, sure, but one at a time.

I didn't think about this. I did however thinkhe could have pulled the small ship back as it made its escape. The ship was only about 30 feet away from him and I thought he would have been capable of pulling it back. I guess I overestimated the half android.
