I'm thinking it's because of her lack of resolve again, kind of like what happened with Sasuke. Though it's really stupid for her to just hold the kunai in front of Obito's eye like that. I don't see why she wouldn't just pull the kunai out and stab instead of holding it and then going to stab him. This is why Sakura does not get much respect around here.
