in part 2 when orochimaru is fighting 4 tail naruto orochimaru bites his hands to summon his 4 gate wall to try to block 4 tail naruto's tailed beast beam?

if orochimaru's hands were sealed how was he able to summon his 4 gate wall?

some may say he was able to because he transferred to a new body but i dont think thats the case because his chakra hands are in the death god so i dont think transferring to a new body would solve it?

Orochimaru did not need to form hand seals.I think summonings and molding chakra for hand seals are different since rock lee can use it for his taijustu but not mold it to where he can use specific justu.Or its a temporary body.
