Well , in tough sitiations like when I am like about get knocked out, as a sudden attack it'll give me chance for getting away or just damage the enemy.

If my enemy is hiding in trees i would use it to burn every single tree wih the jutsu

Advantages
The one big advantage of this jutsu is that it can evaporate large mass of water in a short period of time , because of its high temprature.
It is way too much powerful and effective than all the other one handseal jutsus
One more advantage is that , its two forms.. yeah one is a vast spread flames and one compressed jet stream of fire.
Disadvantage[/b]
That would be its large amount of chakra requirment, thus making it limitable in battles , i mean the user will usually use it less time in a battle.
One other disadvantage is that the first form of the jutsu that spread wide , it blocks the vision of tge user

As the wide spread flames were coming towards me , i quickly start rotating releasing my raw chakra from all my 361 tenketsus thus making a dome of chakra the fire kept flowing over that dome and stops...

As the fire starts coming toward me i perform the handseal Tiger → Hare → Boar → Dog and slam both my hands on the ground and release my doton chakra in to the ground raising an earth wall, the earth wall is very durable, it is covered with chakra , so it could stop that flame..

Firstly, perform the Horse ,Tiger, Snake and Ram hand seals. Then focus and concentrate your chakra into your lungs and release it towards the sky in the shape of massive balls of fire which are 8 in number, and which rain down on my clone. This fireballs are massive and cover all the range of the battle field, so use it wisely.

In a long range battle, because it is a powerful long ranged jutsu.
Advantages and Disadvantages
Advantages
It has all ranges, even if my opponent is mid , long or even short range , user could use this jutsu upon the target.
It is a powerful jutsu , it can break an earth shelter it is a big advantage.
Its high temprature can even evaporate the water, so it can be use to repel water jutsu.
Disadvantage
It requires high amount of chakra. So it is a disadvantage as it make the user to use it less.
As it divide in to 8 fireballs so it become 8 c-ranked fireballs, this make it a little less effective....
How would you defend/counter/exploit the jutsu if used on you
As it the eight fireballs launched from the sky towards me from long range, Waaiz quickly molds his mental and physical energy forming chakra then he applies nature transformation to it turning it in to Suiton chakra then releases in to ground through his leg and then he quickly moves forward with the help of the suiton chakra underneath him and dodges the fireballs...

Waaiz performs the handseals Horse → Tiger → Snake → Ram and then he starts by molding his mental and physical energy forming large amount of chakra them he focuses on that large amount of chakra and applies shape manipulation to it turning it in to katon chakra and then he sends the large amount of fire chakra to his lungs and inhales a some air and then he releases it in the air in an angle that it will drop on the clone in a form of 8 big fireballs that lands on the clone and burns him to death.

Waaiz sees his opponent infront of him , he starts to mold his mental and physical forming chakra, then he applies nature transformation to it and turning it in to doton chakra and slams his hand on the ground releasing his doton chakra in to the ground beneath the opppnent raising an earth pillar that hits the enemy , raising him in the air then Waaiz quickly performs the handseals Horse→ Tiger → Snake → Ram and and channels his katon chakra to his lungs and releases the eight powerful fireballs in the air that lands on the enemy in to the mid air then Waaiz points his hands on toward the ground at the exact place where the enemy was falling sending hos doton chakra and suddenly spikes came out of the ground and the enemy falls upon them and the enemy dies.

I would use it to try to one shot my enemy , as the enemy would be at long he will usually show his cards and i will have time to think about a good strategy. The main motive is that to shock the opponent, knowing his moves and what will he counter and as he is long range his jutsu will take time to come close to me I will have more time.
