Snakes in Narutoverse comes in many sizes from Huge enough to clash a building and from small enough to hide inside the users sleeves , not all the snakes speaks human language like toads but some users can communicate with them. They lives at Ryūchi Cave and also got their own sage mode called Snake Sage Mode.

Waaiz grabs the big scroll and puts on ground and says , "I'd like to have a tattoo on my forearm please." after saying this Waaiz bits his thumb that starts to bldad and then Waaiz finds a free spot to sign and then he signs the contract.

Description:
The user will summon a generic Giant Snake whose size can vary from a 10 meter long snake to ones the size of a boss summon, rivaling 100 meters long. These snakes vary in appearance and size and serve only as basic warriors, having only the normal characteristics of snakes. Although they are quite simple snakes, they are very enduring and resistant and, when big enough (about 50 meters long) they can take up to B-Rank damage.
Note: requires snake contract.
Note: can only be summoned once
Do the summoning hand seals and wipe blood on your tattoo and summon a small snake. Keep doing it again and again till you summon a 100 meter long snake U:U If you remember the Forest of Death episode this is basically the snake Oro uses against Team 7 so that should give you an idea of how big the snake should be and how it looks like. You could also use this snake and sacrifice it to protect you from an attack.
