Background Information
History:
Waaiz was born in Konohagakure in a side Branch of the Hyuga clan. He enrolled in to the Ninja Academy at the age of six, After he graduated from the Academy he wanted to travel around the Ninja World. After gaining the permission he went out towards the most friendly village; Sunagakure, where he met the Kazekage, Albel. After meeting him Waaiz wanted to live there, so he asked Albel to him stay and somehow Albel accepted him.
In Sunagakure, Waaiz met a guy name Demon Fang who asked him to join him on the mission. The mission was a B-ranked Escort where they need to escort Tea to the Land of Tea. On their way they were attacked by pirates because they were travelling using a ship , Waaiz fought with them without hurting himself , he got help from the fellow boat mate and Demon Fang, The mission was a close fail because the ship was destroyed and they didnt wanted that to happen.
After his first mission he went to meet his fellow villagers, he met many peoples Shadow Rider, Soul Reaper, Tsuki, Neilson, Wind.. , Lonely Assassin, Kirikoe and Khalil. Waaiz use to have lots of with all these people.
After being in Sunagakure for a while he became powerful, He again appointed on a mission where he need to kill a guy named Satoshi who was recently accepted in Sunagakure , he was running from Sunagakure to Kirigakure taking some valuable information , Waaiz caught him on the boderlands of Sunagakure then they both started to fight there, Satoshi was good user of Lightning Release but Waaiz was gifted with the Wind Release and being a Hyuga master as he was trained by Priest back in Konohagakure and Waaiz won that fight easily and the end of the fight was very brutal Waaiz shuts down Satoshi's eight inner gates and He ripped his body by Sending a burst of chakra through his body and ripped him apart that incident gave him the nickname "Cold Blooded Hyuga". Waaiz use to enjoy a lot in Sungakure but one night he became Homesick he wanted to his fellow clansmen and all, So he secretely discussed about it to the Kazekage and after trying hard The Kazekage let him to leave Sungakure and never come back.
Then he started to trave towards Konohagakure , after travelling for four days he reached to Konoha on the Gaurds saw an unfimiliar Hyuga but due to he got no head band he got in but still he coudnt meet the Hokage but as he went to the Hyuga mansion he found his teacher Priest who was a village official , Priest took Waaiz to the hokage mansion and explained everything to the Hokage Oasis Nara who let him join the village officially.. Water Affinity
Water is a rather versatile element, probably the most versatile of the five elements. Waaiz had a great liking for this versatility and the many possibilities he could explore with the water element. To expand her knowledge and uses of water, he trained extensively in the element of water. His training paid off when she created a way to perform all water techniques with a single handseal.

Description : Rod of Fury, is an ancient weapon first used used in the First Great War. The noble family that first used this weapon passed it down to their successors and it has now found its new master - Waaiz. Rod of Fury is a one meter long rod, pure metal black in color. The rod has a diameter of 2 inches which makes it easy for it to be held in hand. Due to being made of some unknown metal, this rod is actually indestructible. One end of the rod has a semi-spherical end, while the other end is sharp and conical. The rod has in it, some hidden compartments which stores innumerable needles which cannot be distinguished due to its black color. Three times in a battle, by channeling his chakra into this rod, the user can release these barrage of hidden needles from the sides of the rod (costs a move, A rank, 30 chakra, 60 damage) , none of which are larger than 2 inches (due to the diameter of the rod). These needles can reach up to mid-range distance when shot and can easily pierce through a huge stone/rock. Additionally, the rod can be channeled with the user's elemental chakra to give it certain properties. These needles are visible by naked eyes if you see properly.
Fire: By channeling his fire chakra, the user can coat the rod in fire. It causes additional damage by giving burn marks at the area of contact.
Lightning: By channeling his lightning chakra, the user can coat the rod in lightning. It causes additional damage by paralyzing the limb at the area of contact and/or breaking through Earth defenses of appropriate rank.
Wind: By channeling his wind chakra, the user can coat the rod in wind. It causes additional damage by providing additional cutting ability to the rod.
It can be used to fight against lightening swords.
The beauty of this rod is that chakra can be channeled into this rod remotely, and hence giving the user a wide range of options to use it creatively.
Also, the needles launched when the rod is being coated with elemental chakra, will have the elemental properties to them.
