Kakashi can warp two Susanoo arrows coming towards him without his MS even on yet, just his 3T. That's far less than a second.
Sasuke isn't blitzing Kakashi's eyes. Outspeed foot speed,yes, but not speed blitz.
That wael reda guy is giving pretty horrible arguments, I agree. Teleporting is instant. Warping is not, but it's still incredibly fast.

1. I don't see how it being copy and paste makes a difference. The OP of that thread and I are part of Kakashibase and pretty much share all of that.

2.I never said KCM Cloak was stronger. I said if it had a cloak, it wouldn't have don't anything because it probably could have removed it or something. Same with Kakashi. It gets on the cloak, he has enough time to Kamui it off.

Cloak comes from the power of the beast. KCM cloak comes from the kyuubi and juubi jin cloak comes from the juubi. Why would a kyuubi cloak on a freaking juubi make any difference what so ever.....

3. Sasuke teleports closer to Madara, proceeds to blitz him. This means he's faster, than Madara, after the distance had already been closed. Unless it's stated otherwise, this is what I'm going with.

No this is a massive assumption. It is much better to think sasuke chased him down.

that sasuke teleports behind madara then gets quickly captured. As you already aware of, there is a downtime after his eye is used. If he had teleported closer to madara during that chase, he would have gotten tired due to his eye usage and not been able to keep up that high speed chase. Also the distance wasn't that large (comparatively) so it would have made more sense to chase madara down with pure footspeed, than with a rinnegan tech that tires you.

4. That Raikiri thing was a joke. I use that against Itachi wankers that say he's invincible.

He beat oro in 8 headed serpent form, he was pretty strong at the time.

Kakashi can pretty much Kamui everything from a 200m radius, up to the atmosphere, down to the earth's core, since that only uses one portal. He doesn't have to use it more than once. Quality>Quantity.
Oh, and he won't run out of chakra. Full reserves Kakashi+ Kurama power that isn't being constantly used is more than enough.

So you're saying all he has to do is activate kamui and everything within 200m radius will be kamui'd? Even the ground beneath him and behind him? Lol. So once an object gets within 200m of him while kamui is active, he doesn't have to focus on it? It will just be kamui'd?

1. I said it burns through flesh faster than it will through the cloak. If the juubi had a cloak on, it wouldn't have been burnt as fast, or perhaps at all. Think of it as clothes. If I was on fire, I could still strip my clothes off and be fine. If it made contact with my flesh instantly, I wouldn't be able to rip my skin off.

2. That's also pure assumption. Kishi never stated how he speed blitzed Madara. The Rinnegan tech tires you out like other Jutsus, so why wouldn't he use it? He has pretty massive chakra reserves, and has shown to use it with no gigantic drawback.

3.That's a bit too exaggerated. The cloak can compare to Jutsus though, and have been shown to tank multiple hits. Clothes and Cloaks have different uses. The cloak is used for battle and clothes are used for warmth(the simplest thing I could type without making a wall of text).

4. It can move fast, but not ridiculously fast in shinobi terms. Meteors travel slow compared to shinobi who can literally teleport. Meteors travel at 71 kmps. Oonoki flew and stopped a meteor. They were practically shown to be moving at the same speed. Flying has also been shown to be slower than foot speed. The only speed feat you can take from that was how he cut multiple of them in a short amount of time.
