VRMMOROG RP: Dystopia Online

I have an Idea for a really cool RP, it's not completely solid yet, but I'd like to hear some opinions.
There would be specific classes with class specific skills, but I'm not sure if I want to to more steampunk world with guns, or more towards midieval like most RPGs. (The whole VR things would be like advanced stuff like Full-Dive like in SAO, just without the SAO part) might make them NPCs for certain things.
If I get 10 Votes I'll make a group for those willing to help.

Update: I do have a plan for an expanding storyline that is bound to change depending on the actions of the characters themselves. Still need a Dev team though. I like to have someone to bounce ideas off of.
