Sasuke with rinnegan and bijuu = Naruto with RSM and bijuu (truth seekers)

Sasuke with rinnegan and no bijuu = Naruto + kurama and rsm

No naruto did not lose rsm he simply lost access to the bijuu power besides kurama he can get it again by gathering the bijuus

Sasuke was his strongest at vote 2 because of bps he can make it again by doing the same thing he did at vote 2

So for the last time naruto and sasuke are equal vote 2 BOTH OF THEM had bijuu power obtained through their own method

Adult sasuke and naruto would be stronger if they gathered the bijuu again

Against Naruto,Sasuke combined the chakra of all Tailed beasts in his PS Just like Madara made the kyuubi wear susanoo as armour against Hashirama.

They are not equal and they never will.

Naruto just has WAY too much chakra for Sasuke to handle. Naruto produced dozen+ clones that could each fight Edo top-tier shinobi, including Edo Madara, Edo Muu, and Edo Third Raikage. The clones are very durable, as well. It takes a realistic amount of damage for them to "poof".
Not to mention all the chakra Naruto coated the Alliance with.
Naruto would have the stamina and chakra to defeat Sasuke at least 5 times over.
Give them the same amount of chakra, then they're pretty much equal.
But as they are Naruto >>>>> Sasuke, man.

Sasuke himself didn't absorb the bijuu chakra, his Susanoo kept the chakra as if it was a container.
So all that bijuu chakra that Sasuke used was in Indra's arrow, while the kyuubi gathered the maximum rikudou senjustu to use to counterattack.

The move was a clash of maximum rikudou chakra and maximum rikudou senjustu of both parties.
Each being a whole bijuu's worth.

Naruto had tiny bits of most bijou in his Vote2 fight
and only one half of Kurama was actively helping.

Sasuke had almost 8 full bijou and 1 half of Kurama.

So its not like both had 9 full bijou, but they both had powers from 9 bijou.

They were indeed equals in vote2.
