All this says is that genjutsu can be cast quickly. That doesn't explain how eye contact is going to be made in the first place when such a thing is actively going to be avoided.

The vast majority of the damage comes from a direct hit, so he would only be capable of targeting one of them at a time if they aren't next to each other.

The miniature bolts are the after effects of the main explosion IA and RS did like the raging wind. Madara and Hashirama will experience something much worse because they would be right in the epicenter of the explosion not very far away and on the ground like the trees were.
Hashirama and Madara would throw their attacks simultaneously, while Sasuke can only target one. As one is blown away, the attacks from the second one land and destroy Sasuke's Susano'o.

It doesnt matter, chakra is taken from stamina if you refer to the part 1 scan when kakashi explained it. Just fighting will drain his stamina and in turn drain his chakra he can't fight opponents without rinnegan jutsu or the battles will be too long and he will waste his stamina and chakra on techs that wont one shot kill. Also the more he uses his eye it may need to go on a cool down in which case it puts him at a huge disadvantage against high tiers when he can't ameno or use rinnegan jutsu. Its a balancing act sasuke doesnt have kurama like naruto does to just collect chakra for him constantly in a long battle he has to conserve and can't just spam everything which is the only reason why naruto can keep up because sasuke's arsenal>>>>>naruto's but naruto's chakra reserves>>>>sasuke's so sasuke can tank the attacks and keep throwing chakra around while sasuke is precise and uses the minimal amount at the good opportunities.

As Sasuke fires his arrow at Hashirama or more preferably while he is charging it up, Madara fires his Bijudama at Sasuke's Susano'o.
If Sasuke is flying as high as you claim, then there isn't a conceivable scenario where he can land a direct hit on Majestic Attire.

then I doubt that the arrow is getting over to the statue before it can move to some extent, but that doesn't really matter here.

Susano'o and Shinsuusenju won't just sit there as the arrow is taking time to descend from the stratosphere.
You know guys? Even the strongest ninja can get Death Reaper Sealed. Entire village of Konoha PTS includes Ino-Shika-Cho led Konoha with 8 Gates Guy, Kakashi, Jiraiya and Hiruzen who can take one for the team. No matter how strong the foe, Sasuke can get distracted or held down for a second in a myriad of ways with literally the entire village at Shikaku's strategic disposal.
But other than that one, Sasuke can get as far as Madara/Hashi/final round. He does really well tbh considering how strong these opponents are.
