Juubi's tail isn't chakra, and its not at all a concentrated attack. Chidori vs kaiten is far more similar to KN0 Naruto vs kaiten, and we all know what happened then.

Chidori's concentration is irrelevant because if it comes into contact with somthing that repels the core mechanic of the jutsu (chakra ) it becomes null.

To put the KN0 Naruto VS Kaiten to rest , naruto's kurama chakra is wat clashed with neji's kaiten which ended with naruto's chakra gettin knocked away as ten ten noted , the foxes chakra acted as a shield and was able to meet kaiten head on , similar to two giant tidal waves crashin into eachother. Here u can actually see the chakra repelin power of kaiten , i want u to picture naruto with chidori in his hand and no kurama chakra shield here.

In sasuke's case he has no such protection and unlike when he used chidori on gaara's shell , kaiten's revolving force would only swat sasuke arm away , simple logic and if u want to argue that a similar explosion as in naruto's fight would happen , then sasuke gets the blunt of the damage bein the attackin force along with havin no protection and is taken out of the fight.

Yes it does because chunin exam sasuke was already on lees tier of speed , after takin the cm2 pill we saw a amp of sasukes stats meanin he would logically be faster than CE lee and with sharingan its not fair as lee noted

It is wat it is man lol , even if u restricted cm/Kn1 team one still wins because of naruto.

Neji can easily handle 3t sasuke but none can handle KN0 while lee is by far the weakest link , he gets low diffed by 3t sasuke and neg diff by naruto , their only hope is gates and even then they still probably lose.

U shoulda made this drunken lee and neji vs 3t sasuke and KN0 without clones , same way he fought 2t sasuke , but again this shows why naruto is simply the biggest threat to neji/lee here.

Even if he had rasengan/red eyes it changes ntn , the match would still end the same way , rasengan grinds inself into the enemy , rotations repelin force and ability to knock chakra away would end in naruto's arm gettin blasted away by kaiten similarly to wat should happen to sasuke w/chidori , along with naruto/red eyes not havin a chakra cloak/shield strong enough to tear the earth apart and expand to
Clash neji's kaiten as a whole , which is wat happend , totally different than naruto thrustin his arm forward with a concentrated chakra attack in his palm solely.

Think of neji's and naruto's clash in the exams as two tidal waves of the same size crashin into eachother with great force ending in a explosion .
