Obviously the dumbos on this forum are gonna be Sasuke haters and say Hidan. But its Sasuke. CM2 gives him a ridiculous boost in strength, speed, and power, enough to match One Tail Naruto. And he was already an extremely talented shinobi. Sasuke wins via dodges with 3T Sharingan followed by a black CM2 powered Chidori to the throat.
