Part 1 Naruto/Sasuke stand no chance against neither Part 1 nor Part 2 renditions of Neji/Lee. Neji can completely eliminate Sasuke and force Naruto (who has almost no range) to rely solely on limited Kurama chakra to 1v2 against taijutsu specialists.

Naruto pre-Rasengan, pre V1 form faced Neji and won.

It depends on whether it's SoS or Current for Team 2, really.
