lol i was exaggerating there but sasuke can see nejis moments completely. demon naruto is faster than neji and he kicked his ass, chidori would destroy rotation. Also his dragon flame jutsu was very strong back then too.

If he fights Neji in a 1v1 he'd eventually lose. Even the shallowest of gentlefist is enough to disrupt your chakra and organs. Anything within 8 Trigrams's circle is getting instantly ganked. It's basically a death circle in part 1.

If he fights Lee without weights and in gates form, he gets beat.
