Obito can dodge swings from Madara's PS momentarily, but if he plays too defensively, he risks getting hit just like with Naruto & Sasuke, except PS would obliterate the Truthseeker that he uses to defend himself.
Obito's Bijudama tree & Shinju get chopped down easily before they do anything which basically only leaves Obito with the Sword of Nunoboko.

The Sword of Nunoboko destroys PS & puts Madara down eventually in both scenarios based on:

1. Naruto & Sasuke's Iso Susano'o being unable to win the clash without Obito's will weakening.
2. The general hype of the sword being the blade that Hagoromo used to create the world.

Basic comprehension says that it isn't going to be weaker than a PS blade.

Obito would be left in a weakened state from their battle though. He wins with extremely high diff.

Obito Genjutsu wrestles Kurama away from Madara in Scenario One which leaves Madara with nothing but Perfect Susano'o. He can use Outer Path to put away Kurama or just have Kurama fight the Perfect Susano'o until Obito charges up a Juubidama.

Well, Manga implies that Naruto and Sasuke would've died in that clash had Nunoboko hit them being used by an Obito w/ a strong will. Meaning it's at least strong enough to rip through a combined Sage Kurama Avatar and Sage Perfect Susanoo from Sasuke. Madara's PS isn't going to tank something like that without some pretty bad damage.

-PS blade can be met and overpowered by Nunoboko.
-Madara can be skewered by Nunoboko through the diamond on Susanoo's head.
-The Bijuu Dama barrage is negated by Onmyoton since you only said it can't restrict Susanoo.

Without Nunoboko Obito dies. Shinju is restricted, Bijuu Dama tree is cut down and Obito can't dodge Madara forever when he couldn't dodge Sasuke and Naruto forever. Madara would even have an easier time since he's faster and his Susanoo strikes faster than Naruto's Avatar. Same goes in both scenarios.

With these restrictions ,Madara beats JJ obito (w/ weak will) both scenarions .

Edit: obito can lock the TTB tree in the barrier till TTB's charge ends,then removes the barrier and fires the quad TTB at Madra's face , he can do the opposite too , locks madara in the barrier whereas TTB tree is outside ,once the charge ends ,he removes the barrier and fires the TTB .
But EDO Madara can use mayfly to get in/out the barrier so this strategy would mostlikely fail at S2.

giant barrier + quad bijuudama = gg. If Madara tries to cut down the tree during the charging process, juubito just interfears with his TSB attacks.

Scenario 2 would be much harder because madara can just absorb the barrier with preta path though...

For the simple fact Madara has no Senjutsu he's screwed.
Assuming he gets it he still loses.
-Obito was dodging coordinated attacks from Naruto and Sasuke
-Hashirama literally said Obito was stronger than him. He was significantly stronger than Madara.
-Madara cannot compete at all in the event his Susanoo breaks.
-Obito and the Sword of Nunoboku can wrestle Madara until a Juubidama fires off.

Edo Madara implied that with Hashirama's Sage Mode, he could potentially weaken Juubito. Alive Madara was considered to be stronger and while he does lack Hashirama's DNA, that difference is more than made up with Full Kurama. If Juubito does trap Madara in a barrier, what next? He can't sit still to knead chakra for multiple Juubidamas considering he was forced retreat and play defensively against BSM Naruto and EMS Sasuke's V3 Senjutsu Susano'o and Madara's Susano'o is by far, much stronger, and faster overall.

Juubito would lose due to not possessing Onmyoudon here.

I'd tend to say he wins scenario 2 also, but Madara wasn't scared at all by Juubito power, so maybe he could've tricked him in some way
