Good point. So I guess the only effective strategy of mine is have PS, continue dodging/evading the TBB, since a tbb needs to lands on something for it to explode. And waiting out.

it flies at exactly the same speed due to it having the same exact wings. there was no difference between the speed of madaras susano with or without rikudos chakra.

madara gained six paths chakra when he combined indra and asuras chakra. madaras susano was exactly the same before and after gaining six paths chakra.

Well Sasuke PS does have better mobility then Madara's. Plus theres no many strategy that can be made here, as much as against Hashirama thread. But I rather not.

six paths chakra produced the same result with madara and sasuke which was the rinnegan. the amount of chakra isnt relevant here. the effect of six paths chakra on susano is turning it from a mangekyo sharingan susano into a rinnegan susano.
the only shown difference in the manga is Mugen Tsukiyomi resistance.

if an ems user gains the ability to use PS, then gains six paths chakra which would give them the rinnegan, the PS will be turned into a rinnegan susano, but the power output will be the same.
