As I sain in the spoilers thread:

I can't see Gray, Natsu or Gajeel becoming new Guild Master. I think Laxus, Erza and Mira has biggest chances. I would cross Laxus, for the reason that I think he is promoted to Saint during 1 year skip. I also think that every Saint have become councilman and therefore can't be member of the Guild.

So for me it's between Erza and Mira.

I would just add that it was already pointed out that Council wanted to make Laxus Saint but didn't when they heard that it's hard to control him (or something along that lines). I hope they realized that they need strong people, to balance with Dark Side. So I am possitive that he is one of the Saints know.

He is also not present in Magnolia in today's chapter. Which actually just strenght my point here. Tho I could see him arriving later with line "You need guild master, don't you" xD

For me Erza is best choice. But the problem will she accept that kind of status. She will need to be in guild all that time and will not be able to travel on adventures. She also reminds me of Tsunade, who was Hokage.

Mira is one more good choice. I don't think she would want to travel around like Erza. One more thing is that in personallity she is similar to Makarov. I am kind, kids can play with him, but if you piss me off, I will kill you.

At the end, I would still go with Erza, following by Mira and than Laxus.

I will vote for Erza, oh wait she is not present in the poll.

I think its suits mirajane the most.
This isn't a who is strongest thread but who is most suited to be master.

Gildarts is the Jiraiya of FT.
Laxus might be a saint.
Mirajane has power yet is caring and is always at HQ.

But i will be happy if laxus becomes the master...
Gildarts is out of question because he never stays in the guild for a long time.....

Nobodys fit to run it except Gildarts and Laxus they are the only two to know Fairy Tail history ( Lumen Historie ) to some degree Laxus said he will become stronger to protect his friends him leaving for training would be a huge wtf for no reason just for him to show up when they are in danger 20+ chapters later
