OT: i'm torn between Naruto (who i suspect isn't ready yet) and Kakashi (who i feel might turn down the offer, or only accept until Naruto is ready to take over)

Shikamaru would make a nice hokage but most ppl want an hokage who is the strongest so that is easily naruto. Sasuke is strong but he can't beat naruto even with the rinnegan

Naruto would be the only possible choice for me.
Kakashi doesn't want the job (not gonna hadle it to him when there're others around).
Sasuke is bipolar and can't handle things in a peaceful way (similar to Danzo and, to a much lesser extent, Tobirama).
Obito is going to die (even if he didn't die he's just not worthy).

But there's no need to select another Hokage after the war. Tsunade is still alive (atm at least) :|

I would go with this^ but shikamaru would say he's too lazy to take such a role on and rather just advice the hokage.
