If Sasuke decided to not spare Naruto and killed him by chopping his head off or something, would he be able to subdue a now unleashed Kurama with his recently awakened Mongekyo?

Like Genjutsu or even Amaterasu?

What? I said spared because he decided not to kill Naruto even though he could have.

Op: had sasuke killed naruto right then and there he would of given in to exactly what he didn't want to, would he be powerful? Yes, most certainly, but he wouldn't be the same sauce we know and love today imo

EDIT: And saying "naruto would bleed out if he moved" , BS lmao anyone who knows anything knows the point of bleeding of near bleeding out you wouldn't wakeup after being passed out he could've reached over and slit sasuke's throat without risking dying at all.

Depends which valley of the end fight your talking about.

VOTE1: No he wouldn't be able to subdue kurama, because he didn't have the Mangekyo.

VOTE2: No because he didn't spare anyone and he couldn't and wasn't able to kill Naruto in that fight so he had to ask him to die.

So no on both scenarios he wouldn't be doing no subduing. :elmo:
