Personally I'm a One Piece lover and I can say this every episode is used up even the filler ones they always find a way to just make it good.Also they don't use precious time with filler arcs going over the same shit over and over again like Naruto with Itachi I mean I love the guy and he probs solos most fodders there but c'mon. Vote defo goes to One Piece cause as someone once said One Piece solos.
