if by six paths jutsu you mean they both have rikudo chakra then it's obvious madara wins. If just sasuke has rikudo chakra then he wins for obvious reasons. His base speed is way too much for edo madara who doesn't even has limbo. Give him his 4 limbo's and it might get interesting though i'd still go for sasuke..

The Six Paths Yin seal allows Sasuke to imbue Sasuke's techniques with Hagoromo's Sage chakra, but this has only been shown with Chidori.

With no Biju, Madara wins. He is in present tense, stated to be the strongest Uchiha in DB4, so that already takes precedence over any flawed argumentation that people may bring.

In their base forms, Sasuke's katons are easily overpowered with Sasuke being roasted alive in said clash & Madara easily reflects any Chidori with Uchiha Gaeshi.

Sasuke's PS isn't above Madara's. It only cut meteors about the same size as the Shinju's stump, with the Shinju only being almost as wide as Obito's Six Red Yang Formation.
Don't see PS Chidori doing much either when the explosion of it & Bijudama only partially destroyed PS.
Madara's PS already protected him from an explosion that's on a higher tier of power than PS Chidori+Bijudama. Madara can also replicate his VOTE barrage, only without the Bijudama, but it won't be destroying PS.

Madara wins this match eventually if it comes to a PS war through a combination of feats, statements & portrayal, although Adult Sasuke definitely wins with portrayal on his side(Orochimaru stating that Sasuke would surpass Madara in time).

--His PS has firepower that far surpasses madaras, and is much more durable. Madaras slashes are tanked withh no damages whatsoever. whilst only a few slashes would be all he needs to bust his PS open. or he can use PS-chidori right on the diamond a couple of timess and madara is done for

--all mokuton is cleaved in half by PS

--a full powered CT can also restrain madaras PS.

--madaras rinnegan jutsu are also non factor. Preta cant be used inside susanoo nor is it working against sasukes arsenal. Tengai shinsei gets one shotted by a single slash. CST get tanked with no/low damage, and CT gets cleaved in half
