Sasuke was getting used to the Rinnegan during the Kaguya battle so he couldn't use it aswell. He himself said from the previous battles he was able to get used to the Rinnegan.

And yeah against Naruto he was obviously still new to it, which the Kyuubi noted to work in their favor. He didn't even use half of the Rinnegan's Paths.

Kurama was saying that his Rinnegan use and chakra manipulation were similar to old man six paths, it was never said Sasuke was as strong as him. Only Sasuke and Naruto combined are SO6P's level, since they each hold half of the power.

Naruto was lacking Experience with his RSM.

RSM basically just powered Naruto up, the only new thing he got in which was the TSB. When Sasuke attained the Rinnegan he attained several new abilities in which he had no time to learn how to use or master - the 6 Paths.

Also, RCM gives Naruto universal understanding of chakra right? That's basically instant knowledge of things.

The battle should have never went far enough for Sasuke to have used the Bijuu if he wasn't restricted.

In terms of skill, Sasuke's chakra control surpassed The Sage, and overall he has more skill than Kaguya, and is now even able to teleport to her dimensions, which only she was able to do.

Naruto, and Sasuke are equal in power. Sasuke could defeat Madara by outsmarting him, everything is not about power level/who can make the biggest blast.

He used multiple tactics in the battle. Using Fire Ball jutsu to distract Naruto so he could teleport behind him, and hit him with Chidori.

Dude used several chakra arms to make 2 big ass rasengans against indra's arrow. What would he do with the chakra rod? Sasuke can touch them with no problem. Since when RSM have control over the 8 bijuu's chakra? It is a partnership thing. He asked the other bijuus to use their power against Madara. Then he used all of them against Kaguya with no problem. So I don't see him lacking experience anywhere.

If anything, you can say Kishi nerfed the F out of Naruto, which I can agree on so manyyyy levels. but again that would prove my point that Kishi/plot was always on Naruto's side.
