Two things, naruto wasn't scared of the rabbit, he merely said they should express caution. The rabbit which is uncontrollable and clumsy can never be more dangerous than kaguya.

Without Bijuu chakra, Sasuke would have been much more versatile in how he fought Naruto. I'm not saying he would win, because Sasuke still won't have DIRECT counters to Avatar or TBRSS, but that doesn't make it an automatic win. All I'm saying is it won't be a SMASH-LOWDIFF-SASUKE gets fodderized as some of you want it to be. All I'm saying is Sasuke was using all of his strongest moves straight up, and not fighting how he usually fights against stronger enemies-tactfully. Kakashi had the ability to damage the rabbit and did damage to kaguya but so did naruto. Naruto damaged kaguya with bijuu rasenshuriken and chakra claw. That means he damaged kaguya twice while kakashi damaged kaguya once.
