Hajime no ippo is running for more than 25 years and the authors keeps doing a good job. The same can be said for Jojo's series who's still awesome after more than two decades. It's just the fact that kishi who's not a very good drawer and makes amateur and basic mistakes.

Kishi is not a perfectionist and not very well organized, same goes for his team, it's not really important since it was always the case.
also, it's pretty clear with all the interviews he did that he's fed up of Naruto, so yes you can expect things like this to happen even more because he simply wanted to end the manga asap...

How the hell can he be able to forget the byakugan. That is one of the first things I would be thinking about when making NH kids. Dat kishi.
Cant wait for the 2 chapters looking foward to seeing SS interaction. IMO cover is alright but I was expecting a Naruto vs Sasuke one.

Naruto's Hokage design is rubbish. He should've stuck with his red sage mode cloak instead. He just straight up copied his dad.

That is the standard hokage cloak actually. Hiruzen had it too. Therefore nobody copied Minato.

Plus I love Naruto's hokage design.

Usually a manga never running more than 10 years and after chapter 448-449 Naruto went FULLY downhill (it wasn't good till that neither thanks to the shojo elements like Bishitsuki, drawing devolution, more magic than hand-to-hand fights and shippings). Not even the legendary long running Kinnikuman and Hokuto No Ken mangas went further than 5-7 years.

Just take a look at Oda Eiichiro! He technicaly kills himself with One Piece! Kubo also wishes to end Bleach in this year + Kenichi wasn't even concluded, it has just ended.

Also, after the entire Obito = Tobi bullcrap and manga retcons like Obito + Rin went on chunin exams with Kakahsi who was supposed to be a chunin at age 5 already while Obiot and Rin became genins only at age 9 and other stuff do you still surprised on things like that?

It really is over isn't it. It's the perfect cover for the final volume, I wouldn't want it any other way.

Nearly killing yourself like Oda isn't necessary with mangaka. That dude is just a workaholic, but it shows in the quality of his work. It does eat up social life's and family time though. That is y Kishi said he wants his next manga to be released monthly
