For negotiations it seems legit, since Naruto is the Hokage and he has a lot of experience in meetings and negotiations, while Sasuke doesn't talk much with other people and Sakura... I don't know, but she doesn't have to deal with other people as much as the Hokage.

These stats are complete garbage. It's not even Tenseigan or anything at this point that needs to be surpassed.

These stats make them look retarded to some of the Genin :lol

They are showing Naruto and Sasuke being matched by the new gen. It could happen because they are the baseline power level now and considering someone was able to abduct Naruto and maybe Sasuke and Bolt is fighting the guy who is related to it, he may get that strong.

Remember 17 is now almost as strong as SSB Goku in DB lol. These next gen series have to start with a ridicilously high powerlevel characters

Story wise it doesn't even make sense. Boruto and the rest of new gen were fodder in the Manga compared to Naruto and Sasuke. Just look at the fights leading up to Chapter 10.
