vm settings

i have been told repeatedly that my vm's were set to private and it results to me not getting training. do anyone know what to do to solve my problem?

Go to your user CP and click on the options link on the side, and scroll down the page a little.

There should be a VM section a bit down the page, and in there is the ability to turn on and off your VM or make them private or public.

User CP>Profile Privacy> Visitor Messengers, put it on either everyone, registered members, friends or contacts. I would suggest to put it on registered members...

then the press on

there you will have a list of different options go to the one that says Visitor Messages and choose the Ëveryone" option and then save and that should be it. any other question VM or PM me.

Go to userCP>Your Profile (Left side of screen menu)>Profile Privacy>Visitor Messages> Choose Registered Members.

Also, go to UserCP>Settings and Options (Again, left side menu)>Edit Options>2nd section (Messaging & notification)>Visitor Messaging>Enable Visitor Messaging.

Yes, your VM's aren't private so it might be the other way around.

If it's not you then you'll probably have to befriend whomever it is you're trying to VM.
