Yes! That's what I've been trying to get at with people. It's not that Sasuke is directly ignoring Itachi's words, but he's learning from all the pain and suffering Itachi endured. Following Itachi's words will only lead the world to another path of war, in one way or another.

Whether his thinking is misguided or not (which it is), Sasuke's intentions is to make sure a situation like Itachi's will never occur again. To make sure another Obito, Madara or even another Sasuke will come into existence. Sasuke himself is an example of what the shinobi system can create and he knows that. It's the way Itachi lived that makes Sasuke feel different than the words spoken to him.

Cuz that is really illegal. That would get the site shut down. The scanlation is borderline because it is basically a fan's rendition of the chapter.

Oh, I am just posting scans, but it really is possible that Sasuke is playing the bad guy just to get things done. Same thing with Sakura. Sasuke is past the point in which he cares whether he is hated or not as long as he completes his goal he doesn't mind the animosity

Come to think of it the way he has acted does sound like what Itachi did trading all those things in order to protect the Leaf someones Sig shows this perfectly like honor for hate or something like that but to be honest I hate them being compared Itachi was so much more idk honorable for what he did to protect the Leaf where Sasuke just wants to kill the kage and reform the village based on fear where no one from any of the villages will like him for killing the kage they would die to protect and vice versa for the kage.

Well, Itachi beat the crap out of and tortured his only remaining relative, left him alone, later repeated the process. Itachi's goal was definitely more noble than Sasuke's is at current.

Goals:
Sasuke to correct
Itachi to protect

both involved sacrifices even from unrelated parties, but the methods aren't that far off

After reading this scan, I am now certain of Sasuke not following Itachi's will. He is not even learning anything from Itachi's life, and anyone who says he is does not understand the manga at all. I can summarize Itachi's life as follows:

(1) Unable to change his parents, Itachi killed them sacrificing himself since he got branded as a Villain by the very people he loved.
(2) Itachi did the above to save Sasuke

Now, the two thing above were very honorable from Itachi if we consider his age. This is what Hiruzen said when comparing Itachi to Hokages.

Itachi's mistakes:

(3) He beard all the burden, and did not involved anyone including Sasuke because he though they could not help.

(1)-(3) summarized Itachi's life, actions and mistake and Itachi said it to both Naruto (when Naruto said he became who he is thanks to his friends) and Sasuke (when he told Sasuke that he may have changed his parent if he had let him involved).

So, as far as my understanding is concerned, (1) Itachi regretted killing his parents and the Uchiha, (2) Regret not letting his friend help him as well as Sasuke, and (3) He still was pride of doing his assignment as Shinobi.

From this, Sasuke's revolution show that he learned nothing neither from Itachi's action, nor from Itachi's last words. Rather, Sasuke is still on a revenge prey because of what the leaf did to Itachi's life. The scans on the OP prove this view as Sasuke says he learned from Itachi's life - which is a miserable life due to being a shinobi and what the Shinobi did to him.

This makes Sasuke another Obito. This time, you simply have to replace Rin with nissan or Itachi or the Uchiha. So basically, Sasuke has not changed at all. He only think he has, but he has not. he is simply delusional.
