Viz media shutting down Naruto!!!

Some sites that offered Shonen Jump scanlation projects have been shutting down by viz media.I hope that they do not shut down this narutobase site.

Naruto-Base won't be shut down. They only link to the media. They don't host it(as far as I know, that is).

Linking to isn't illegal. Only hosting is.

the reason NB won't be shut down is because they don't create those scanlations; they just re-host the ones from ***********, as far as i can tell

the problem with this news is, that now we'll probably only get mangasreader's scanlations and they are inferior to ***********'s imho

they can shut down anything they want, it wont stop people from viewing the manga for free whenever they want. a lot of people will just no read it over paying for it, and they will learn the hard way that shutting everything down wont work. and they cant shut down the forums, all they would be able to do is make it so NB cant show the manga or link to it, which just means you will have to find a new site to read it on, but the forums will still be here to chat about it.
