You know how terrible a writer can be in your eyes. Still, you would rather not have him replaced.
Hopefully it doesn't get dragged longer. The start point must be the end point and he did it well in 700.

Not really if Kishi's assistants will transfer over to the new Mangaka then the art design will practically be the same, the direction of the story on the other hand will probably differ.
