[Suggestion] Vision's rule.

There use to be a rule made by Vision.

If I remember it correctly it was about posting in a troll thread instead of reporting it which feeds the 'troll' and makes the thread go insane of all kind of trolls.
The infractions given came from Vision, himself. But since this 'rule' quietly and slowly disappeared I thought I would be good to have it back again, this prevents everyone from posting in a useless thread and getting an infraction for;
spam, inappropriate language, bashing. Also it makes the duty of the Mods easier.

Wouldn't it be good to have this rule back to active? I mean, I guess the rule was only used by Vision, but I doubt that he has time to be in every single troll thread.
We .. Um, could just change the name of the rule in something like, like Anti-troll rule or something.

Why exactly did V close the registrations again? To prevent trolls from trolling and also because they got tired of the badly misbehaving members. Think. This suggesting may really help. =)
